Product Info / Disclaimer 1.  Due to the nature of our hand-made products, there will be minor variations in size, color and components. 2.  We make every effort to properly pack our products for shipping.  However, these products are fragile in nature.  Therefore, a small percentage of minor defects, or broken shells may be inherent in your shipment.  We cannot be responsible for these minor defects, as the cost of processing the claim is often greater than the cost of the merchandise involved. 3.  We cannot be responsible for damage to our merchandise once it leaves our business location.  Once these products are accepted by the delivery carrier, it becomes their responsibility to deliver these products in satisfactory condition.  Please inspect your shipment immediately upon receipt. 4.  If you receive a damaged shipment, visible or concealed, contact the carrier to receive an adjustment.  These claims must be made immediately. 5.  Returning an item to us: All returns must be made within 30 days of purchase. Shipping charges will not be refunded on any items returned to us.  It is the buyer's responsibility to pay for return shipping and to insure that the item is returned in proper condition. 6. Any use of our site must have prior written permission from Authentic Ocean Designs. 7.  All shells and coral used in our product designs do not come from endangered species and often come from by-products of the food industry.
